When opening the bottle we smell a dusty scent of gooseberries, grapefruit and freshly cut grass. The wine has a nice light color with green sparkles. With the nose in the glass we noted citrus fruit, green peppers and some fresh limes. The taste is richly fresh, a real thirst quencher with many fruit nuances. On the back of the tongue a typical style of a top Côtes de Gascogne: fresh green herbs such as mint and some tropical fruit.
